  Our investment universe is filtered by the in-house “Everon Portfolio Engine” and a score is calculated per factor. The individual factor scores are weighted and aggregated to an overall score in order to reflect the holistically considered attractiveness of the security.

  Equities, bonds, real estate and commodities. The integration of alternative investments such as private equity is also possible.

The individual criteria are weighted and aggregated into an overall score to reflect the characteristics of the stock in terms of income generation.

  Defensive (0% equities, 5% real estate, 95% bonds) to dynamic (100% equities)
• Asset classes
  Equities, real estate, bonds. For large mandates, the inclusion of private debt is possible.

  Return p.a.: 2% to 7%
  Volatility p.a.: 5% to 15%.

  This investment strategy aims to replicate the performance of the global financial markets as cost-effectively as possible. We use collective investments such as ETFs and index funds, sometimes with a focus on the factors momentum or quality.

• Selection process
  In the private markets area, we work with well-known providers in this field and use only so-called “semi-liquid” products, also known as “evergreens”. Our screening ensures that only products with good performance and a fair fee structure are used in the strategy.
• Risk profiles
  Due to its affiliation with alternative investments, this strategy is assigned to the dynamic risk profile. However, there are also gradations of the risk content within an asset class, which enables us to control the risk at portfolio level.

  Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Real Estate.

  Volatility p.a.: 5% to 8%

• Selection process
  The investment universe of this strategy is fixed. No individual stocks are selected, but the capital is distributed across asset classes. Long positions are taken on asset classes with positive momentum and short positions on asset classes with negative momentum. The weighting is done according to the risk parity approach.

  Due to the fact that this strategy belongs to the alternative investments, it is assigned to the dynamic risk profile. There are no further gradations.
