Vested benefits, managed by Everon

We invest your vested benefits following a strategy agreed with you.

Our offering

The Everon offering

Our offering brings your vested benefits together in one place: fully digital onboarding, detailed reporting, and support in tracking down forgotten vested benefits accounts at the BVG safety net institution.

Individual securities rather than funds

Depending on the strategy, we invest in individual securities rather than in funds or ETFs wherever possible. Individual securities carry no ongoing fund charges.

Individual investment solution

We agree the investment strategy with you and invest your vested benefits accordingly.

When is a vested benefits account needed?

Typically, the employer chooses a pension fund into which a portion of the salary is paid each month. In certain situations, however, the pension capital is withdrawn from the pension fund system and transferred to a private vested benefits account. There it can remain as a cash balance or be invested in securities.

Situations in which a vested benefits account becomes relevant:

Unemployment
Anyone who becomes unemployed leaves the pension fund. The pension money must be transferred to a vested benefits account.
Divorce
In a divorce, the retirement assets accumulated during the marriage are divided, the share is transferred to a vested benefits account.
Emigration
When moving abroad, the pension capital can, depending on the destination country, be transferred to a vested benefits account.
Change of employer
Between two employments without immediate continuity, the pension money is parked in a vested benefits account.
