Everon is the first Swiss fintech to combine the best of both worlds: decades of experience in the financial industry and state-of-the-art, digital investment processes. Whether smart retirement solutions, comprehensive wealth management or direct access to exclusive investment opportunities: Everon offers it all in one intuitive and secure app.

Insolvency-protected: Your deposits and securities are held in insolvency-protected custody as special assets at Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG. Only you personally have access.

Depositor protection: Your deposits are protected up to 100,000 Swiss francs. The deposits are protected on the one hand by the deposit guarantee system and on the other hand by preferential treatment in the event of bankruptcy.

Separated from the bankruptcy proceedings: More detailed information on deposit protection and preferential treatment can be found on the website of esisuisse.ch and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. In contrast to deposits, custody assets (such as shares) are owned by the customer. In the event of bankruptcy, they are by law fully segregated from the bankruptcy proceedings and surrendered.

Our investment strategies are based on direct instruments such as equities and bonds. ETFs and index funds are only used on a supplementary basis and when required. In addition, you can tell us your preferences, which we will take into account. In this way, you receive your own personal investment portfolio, which is optimally integrated into your existing investments. And ultimately, there are people behind your investment portfolio, with personal attention and comprehensive service at the heart of everything we do.

Every adult person with tax domicile in Switzerland can become an Everon client.

To become an Everon client you only need an ID or Passport and a Swiss mobile number.

The Everon app is available in the App Store and Google Play Store.

Our website is currently under construction, which is why not all information is available yet. However, we will provide all information in the next few months. Until then, please contact us directly with your questions.

We charge an all-in fee of 1.05% per annum, which is split as following:
Everon management fee: 0.7% p.a.
Custodian fee : 0.35% p.a.
This is including all transaction, custody account and management fees. Foreign currency exchanges are done at the interbank rate with no commission. Product costs may apply additionally on Index Funds and ETFs, if strategy requires.
There are no further costs, regardless of the number of transactions carried out per month

Your bank transfer usually takes 1-2 business days to be posted by our custodian bank. Since the bank’s data processing takes place overnight in each case, all transactions are thus transmitted to Everon with a one-day delay. For this reason, occasionally your funds may not show up in the app for several days. If you have any questions about a transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Based on a behavioral economics approach, you are asked specific questions about your risk appetite and current life situation. The approach is based on the so-called Prospect Theory, for which the economists Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky were awarded the Nobel Prize. Based on information about your life, income and asset situation, your investment behavior, your risk capacity and your risk appetite, a strategy is then recommended to you.

Everon’s portfolio management team assesses the markets, the macroeconomic situation and the instruments invested on an ongoing basis, but at least once a month, and makes adjustments if necessary.

Your investment amount is invested according to your risk profile, your preferences and the chosen strategy.

Individual wishes and restrictions can be communicated to us at any time in order to personalize your portfolio. We will discuss the implementation together and deposit it to the portfolio.

You always have a detailed insight into your portfolio via our app. You can see each individual position with amount and performance.

In the Everon app, navigate to Transfer in the menu bar at the bottom center to display the active securities accounts for the respective service. For each custody account, you will find your personal investment account IBAN in your name. Deposits to this account will be created according to your chosen strategy.

Newly deposited capital is invested in your portfolio according to your existing strategy. We invest the money as quickly as possible, usually within a week.

You can open your investment account in CHF.

You can withdraw your invested assets at any time. You can order withdrawals directly from the app. We only need a few days to liquidate your portfolio and pay out the requested amount.

There are no costs of withdrawal.
